For our HQ in Roeselare, we are looking for a temporary Supply Planner.

 

What you’ll do

  • Based on planning requirements, you place purchase orders for semi-finished and finished products with a realistic delivery commitment from suppliers and ensure timely delivery by close follow up.
  • Analyze stock levels and follow up forecast and safety stock in order to maintain product availability (co-operate with our supply chain analyst).
  • Communicate clearly and timely to the concerned departments in case of late delivery of products.
  • Follow up and improve supplier flexibility and reliability.
  • Continuously look for supply chain improvements.
  • Work closely together with the production planners and support them when required.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to obtain a qualitative international database of approved and reliable suppliers.
  • Negotiate frame agreements and draft contract terms and conditions.

 

What you’ll need

To be successful in this role, you understand what it takes to make a high-end brand better every single day. You have a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success. Therefore, you should bring:

  • You have a first work experience as a supply planner, technical interest is a plus.
  • You are punctual, flexible and enjoy working in a team.
  • Decision making, problem solving and negotiating skills.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of ERP package (SAP).
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
